Our sales and delivery policies start from a position of trust and respect. We trust that you will be behave honestly and sincerely and you should expect the same from us. We will always strive to provide a service with which delivers what you requested in a manner that is courteous, helpful and honest. DVD & BluRay Sales DVD’s are available in PAL and/or NTSC versions, but only if stated explicitly as available in either or both of these versions. BluRay’s are available as non region specific unless stated. DVD’s and BluRay’s may be produced as either pressed or recorded discs and with or without menus and will stated at the point of sale as such. The movies are principally English language and only available in other languages where explicitly indicated. Where movies are available in other languages it will be explicitly indicted if this version is subtitled or dubbed or both.
DVD Delivery The cost of DVD delivery is not included in the price of a DVD. UK and EU Post & Packing delivery includes the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican and all member states of the European Union. USA and North America Post & Packing delivery includes the following countries: All states of the USA, Canada The Rest of World Post & Packing delivery includes the following countries: All countries not listed as either UK and EU or USA and North America.
We may ship from more than
one location depending on customer demand. Customers should allow between 5 –
14 days for delivery in Western Europe and longer
in the rest of the world..
Please allow 7
days from expected date of delivery of UK
orders before contacting us. For other Western European destinations please
allow 14 days, other European and
International destinations outside please allow
28 days from expected date of delivery. Postage Refunds for Returned Items
If the DVD tests faulty on your
equipment, please contact us, return the goods to us and we will provide you
with a credit for your postage.
If your order from us arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will give a credit for the return postage. We will organise a replacement, at our discretion this maybe only after we have received the damaged item. If you have any complaints or problems regarding our products or services please feel free to contact using the contact information above. The Legal title to the DVD passes to the customer at the point of despatch wherever that is. This means that the customer is the legal importer of the goods which come from outside your country of delivery and must therefore ensure compliance with all laws and regulations of their country in this regard.
